Our Story
Braun Mechanical was founded right here in Cambridge with one goal: give homeowners a heating and cooling company they could actually trust. Too many people had been burned by contractors who oversold equipment, padded invoices, or just didn't show up when they said they would.
We started small — one truck, one technician, and a commitment to doing things differently. Word spread fast. Neighbors told neighbors, and before long we were the go-to HVAC crew for Cambridge and the surrounding Isanti County area.
Today we handle everything from emergency furnace repairs in January to new AC installations in June to boiler service year-round. The team has grown, but the approach hasn't changed: show up, be honest, and do the job right.

Tony Braun
Tony has been working on heating and cooling systems for over 25 years serving Cambridge. He holds a Minnesota HVAC contractor license and EPA 608 certification, and he still runs service calls himself — because he believes the owner should be accountable for the work.
